Delivery time: 3-7 days
Standard delivery times for couriers are Monday - Friday 8 am - 6 pm, however, I do appreciate you may be busy and unable to take delivery from home. You are able to specify an alternative address for your artwork to be delivered to. For any deliveries outside of these times please contact me for a quote.
Prices will vary so please contact me for a quote. Delivery times will also vary and I will be unable to give a specific day for delivery. Please be aware that artworks sent may be subject to other charges in your country which are out of my control.
Each time an artwork is dispatched you will be sent an email with tracking information. All deliveries require a signature as proof of delivery. It is important you check the package for damages prior to signing. If the parcel is damaged please sign 'Received Damaged'. All artwork is insured against damages in transit. Please notify me within 24 hours of delivery and send photos of the damage to email@example.com
Standard UK Returns
You have 14 days (from the date the artwork is delivered) in which to return the work for a full refund or exchange. I offer free returns on all artwork sent to a UK address. In the unlikely event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and I will arrange for the work to be collected on a day that suits you Monday-Friday.
Process for UK Returns
1. Please advise me if you would like a full refund or a credit note.
2. Package the artwork securely against damages in the same or equivalent packaging to that which it was sent in and remove any shipping labels.
3. Please advise me of a suitable day to collect the artwork. Returns will be Monday to Friday between 8 am - 6 pm but I cannot specify a collection window.
4. Once I have arranged a collection you will be sent shipping labels to print and attach to the parcel. The courier will not be able to collect without these.
5. As soon as the artwork has been received, I will arrange either a full refund or a credit note and I will notify you as soon as this has been done. Refunds will be made using the same method with which you paid.
Refunds can take up to 30 days from the day on which you first contacted me, however, I will try to process as quickly as possible.
You are not able to cancel a commission order, nor are you able to return a commission for a refund. The artwork has been custom made to your specific requirements and therefore is non-refundable. If you are unsure, please feel free to contact me prior to ordering to check.
Delivery times will vary on commissions and I will send you a photograph for approval prior to delivery. I will also keep you updated on the progress of your order.
